Qualification #
- Age: from 22 to 40 years old, in excellent health and free from mental illness;
- Native English speaker;
- The candidate should have previous experience teaching K3 students, ideally in a kindergarten setting.
- Montessori and Inquiry-Based Learning (IBL) experience is a plus.
- Love children, have a friendly appearance, have a lively personality, and be adept at communication.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher is required, preferably in early childhood education or English.
- a TEFL/TESOL certificate for 120 hours;
- Candidates must have no criminal record and meet the requirements for both a foreign work permit and a Z visa.
- Fulfill the requirements to apply for a Chinese authority’s English teacher work permit.
- Candidates should be familiar with project courses, have experience in group activities, and possess the ability to conduct engaging English activities that attract children’s interest.
Duties: #
Complete the lesson plan and implementation together with the Chinese lead teacher. According to the kindergarten curriculum plan, complete the English lesson plan for teaching activities, teaching aid design, semester work summary, etc. Record children’s English learning progress and English assessment; Share responsibility for communicating with parents and providing feedback about the children’s progress in kindergarten; Implement the teaching method of project-based learning, accompany the children’s rest and activities throughout the day, and provide an English communication atmosphere. Organize and plan various festival celebrations. Arrange teaching activities based on the teaching schedule, implement the kindergarten curriculum, and collaborate with Chinese teachers on multiple tasks, such as teaching lessons, creating a conducive class environment, facilitating communication, and gathering feedback from parents. This procedure includes, but is not limited to, weekly planning, collecting children’s feedback, designing and preparing 2D/3D work materials, planning weekly English picture book readings, developing project curricula and lesson plans, conducting English teaching research, collecting end-of-semester data, and summarizing children’s progress at the end of the semester—evaluation, etc.

Salary Package: #
18,000~25,000 RMB/month (before tax), housing allowance included.
