Job Responsibilities #
– Teaching Experience 1 Year or Above Preferred
– Communicate with Chinese homeroom teachers about the students’ learning.
– Manage classroom discipline and maintain an interactive class environment
– Finish the academic requirements from the academic director; maintain high teaching quality
– Design and grade homework, placement tests, progress assessments, midterms, and final exams
– Attend required meetings, including parents’ meetings, weekly academic meetings, etc.
Working Conditions & Benefits: #
- Three-in-one teaching team, with a dual-class teacher system for both Chinese and English (1 full-time foreign teacher, 2 Chinese teachers, and 1 life teacher).
- Salary range: teaching salary, base salary, housing allowance
- Flight subsidy: 5,000 RMB.
- Visa document reimbursement: 2,000 RMB.
- Hotel reimbursement upon arrival, before moving to the apartment.
- Contract duration: 1-2 years (optional), with a contract renewal bonus of 5,000 RMB.
