Job Descriptions #
- Student age: (3~6)
- Class size: (15-20) students
- Working hours: (25-30 minutes per class, 6 working hours a day)
- Two days off per week. (2 months in total, with a winter/summer break)
- You will teach no more than 25 classes per week.
- Class preparation and relative work
- Accomplish assignments allocated by the principal.
- The candidate possesses excellent teaching abilities and is capable of organizing both the teaching and research of English subjects.
- Carry out theme training for on-the-job foreign teachers and provide daily teaching guidance.
- Continuously learn about current classes and develop self-created lessons while improving teaching methods.
- Maintain a good relationship with class members and their parents.

Zhaoqing, located in the west-central part of Guangdong Province, is one of the National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities and the Top Tourist Cities of China. Also known as the “capital of inkstones in China,” Zhaoqing is rich in tourism resources, where a long tourism corridor has been developed, with the Xinghu Scenic Area as the center and numerous tourist attractions along Xijiang and Suijiang. Zhaoqing has expended great efforts to foster industrial and innovation-driven development and promote city-industry integration through new zone development and old town revitalization. Zhaoqing is known for six key industries—textiles and garments, food and beverages, furniture, building materials, metal products, and home appliances. In total, the advanced manufacturing industries contributed 33.8% of the city’s value‑added of industries above designated size in 2021, while new and high‑tech industries accounted for about 10.5%. Under the terms of Zhaoqing’s 14th Five-Year Plan, the city will actively develop industries including advanced equipment manufacturing, new‑energy vehicles and auto parts, electronic information, biomedicine, and metal processing. Some of its traditional industries will also be strengthened, such as building materials, furniture manufacturing, food and beverage, fine chemicals, etc. In agriculture, Zhaoqing will use its natural resources to promote new forms of smart and leisure agriculture and red and rural tourism. Zhaoqing will accelerate the development of green, ecological, and high-value-added agriculture. In the service sector, Zhaoqing is looking to promote high‑end business services, modern logistics, finance, and tourism.
Foreign Trade and Investment
At present, machinery and electrical products are the mainstay of Zhaoqing’s exports, accounting for 45.9% of the total in 2021. And throughout the year, 121 foreign‑invested enterprises were newly established, an increase of 34.4% over the previous year. Zhaoqing is rich in tourism resources, and its best‑known attractions include the Seven‑star Crags and Dinghu Mountain. The city is also renowned for a number of traditional handicraft products, most notably Duan inkstones and Guangning green jade. In 2021, around 6.2 million domestic overnight tourists visited the city, and the total revenue of domestic tourism increased by 51.4% to reach 10.2 billion yuan. Zhaoqing works closely with Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan across several different sectors, including finance, trade, tourism, and education, with an emphasis on commerce and intermediary services. Zhaoqing is also keen to work more closely with Hong Kong and Macao service providers in the general healthcare and elderly care sectors.
