Job Responsibilities #
1. Be responsible for teaching English courses.
2. Apart from teaching responsibilities, the teacher shall be required to participate in tasks such as extracurricular activities, promotional events, and teaching-related research projects; shall finish the amount of work stipulated in the contract; and shall achieve the quality standard according to the kindergarten’s requirements.
Compensation Package: #
- Basic Salary: RMB 20,000 – 25,000 (before tax).
- Monthly Bonus: RMB 2,000 (before tax) based on monthly evaluation.
- Year-end Bonus: RMB 2,000 (before tax) per month, based on the number of months worked, with a maximum of RMB 24,000 (before tax), to be paid at year-end.
- English teaching salary: RMB 2,000 (before tax) for 12 hours of English teaching per month outside of KIDO’s working hours. (if the target classes are not met, payment will be made proportionally.)
- Outstanding Performers Bonus: 1-2 weeks paid holiday. Accommodation: RMB 2,000 (before tax) per month
- Meals: Working meals will be provided

We began our journey in 2014, with our first preschool in Hong Kong. We now operate 30 preschools and nurseries in five countries (UK, US, Dubai, India, and China) with another 15+ coming online, serving more than 2000 families around the world. Along the way, we have created a globally scalable curriculum delivery, training quality assurance, marketing, and branding platform. Our curriculum team is led by a Nobel Prize nominee and a world top 100 teacher. Our curriculum The leadership team collectively possesses over 200 years of experience in teaching and pedagogy across more than ten countries. The early years program draws from classical pedagogies (Montessori, Reggio, etc.) and new research. The curriculum comprises books, activity sheets, resource packs, detailed lesson plans (delivered on a tablet) with video backups, and an observation and assessment framework that maps to all national frameworks in which we operate. The philosophy encourages students and teachers to learn, explore, and enjoy themselves. The curriculum is combined with skills days and explore days. On Skills Days, children work on our original programs, which correspond to an area of learning like English literacy (K-Schol), mathematics (K-Math), and science & technology (K-STEM). art (Studio K) and PE (K-Gym). On Explorer Days, children have the opportunity to develop a topic that addresses a real-life problem. They can enjoy their own immersive learning adventures throughout the day, following structured quests or a storyline to arrive at a specific goal or skill improvement.

Summer camps are offered at schools worldwide. Aquatique Show has realized multiple water effects and custom-made water shows in the Yinzhou District of Ningbo.
The district of Yinzhou, located south of downtown Ningbo, has been the subject of several urban planning projects to sustain and develop its economic activity and cultural identity.
Our action has focused on different remarkable sites in the district to underline each of their identities. The water element appeared as obvious since in Yinzhou and more widely in Ningbo, located south of the Yangtze River, water is a strong identity element of the city with the activity of the largest port in the East China Sea (and one of the largest in the world), the presence of the province’s largest freshwater lake in Yinzhou, Dongqian Lake, and the canalization of waterways throughout Yinzhou District.
