Job Requirements #

The Kindergarten is a Montessori kindergarten that has been licensed to run a school and approved by the Education Bureau of Luohu District. Using the international Montessori education method as its foundation, it combines various teaching topics like English language exposure, art education, water activities, physical fitness, and nature exploration. International Montessori AMI/AMS-certified teachers are the core teaching team to help children adapt to future developments, enhance their social adaptability, and promote self-development. These qualities include ability, focus, self-confidence, independence, fraternity, enthusiasm for life, and a pursuit of excellence. The kindergarten has a building area of nearly 5000 square meters, occupying an area of over 2000 square meters, with an outdoor activity area of over 1000 square meters. It is equipped with an A-grade kitchen, a children’s theater, large-scale amusement facilities, and other hardware conditions. Additionally, it includes multi-functional rooms like an art room, a science room, and a dance room. It is the largest and most comprehensive Montessori kindergarten in Shenzhen. The classroom area is 120+ square meters, with independent bathrooms and closets, excellent lighting, and ventilation. The Montessori classroom is divided into five areas (daily living area, sensory area, math area, language area, and science and culture area), and there is a three-hour Montessori work cycle every day to awaken a child’s inner focus.

July is the hottest, with an average temperature of 33℃ (91.4℉), and January is the coldest at 20℃ (68℉). Travelers should note that the rainy season is from April to September, and typhoons are more common from July to September.
