About Me #

With a foundation built on active listening and a keen eye for non-verbal cues honed in multicultural settings across two countries, I bring a nuanced understanding of communication dynamics to any team. My knack for setting clear goals, strategizing effectively, and fostering collaboration ensures that every project moves forward with purpose and unity. In both leadership and teamwork roles, I’ve demonstrated a natural ability to inspire and guide others towards shared success, believing in leading by example rather than mere management. Time management is my forte, allowing me to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery without sacrificing quality. My experience is marked by a dedication to detail, adherence to timelines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement in work procedures. Whether it’s leading a team or contributing as a team member, my focus remains on driving results through cohesive collaboration and continuous refinement. I believe that education is not a job – it is a lifestyle. Passionate teachers teach not because they need a job, but because they are passionate about giving children knowledge. That is why, sometimes when teachers don’t have the necessary equipment, resources, or circumstances to teach with, they still walk into the classroom and do their best. It is part of a breed of people that will never give up living a purposeful life. I believe that people in education should always know that they are just a cog in the wheel – students, parents, and teaching will always be more important than themselves. Keeping children safe, applying and sharing knowledge, and ensuring we apply the best education principles daily. We should play our role in nurturing the fabric of society by imparting knowledge, values, and critical thinking skills – not only book knowledge. The 21st Century teacher is not one who stands in front of the class and beats the knowledge down on his students, expecting them to remember it. The 21st century teacher is the one that critically challenges the students, give them the pathway and let them collect the knowledge themselves. This way they develop critical thinking skills, research abilities and the freedom of choice within a controlled education environment. Lastly we need to move away from formative assessing styles to summative styles, allowing students to co-operate, co-exist and have the freedom of expression within the controlled environment.
